Caledonia Industrial Estates was significantly expanded in size during the mid 1990’s by Moncton Industrial Development, with two additional expansions taking place since 2004. With over 800 acres of service industrial land and a direct interchange connection to the Trans-Canada Highway, this park has seen dramatic growth over the past decade.
