The corporation is successfully managed and operated by Pierre Dupuis and Marc-André Boucher. Pierre and Marc-André are experts and focus on delivering solutions for clients.
Pierre Dupuis
General Manager
Pierre is an expert in real estate services and helps companies find ideal locations so they can thrive. He is known for getting the job done and can guide you through location selection and logistics.
Pierre Dupuis was appointed General Manager of Moncton Industrial Development (MID) in May 2014. Under his leadership, the industrial parks have thrived and grown exponentially and numerous global companies now call Moncton their home.
Before his appointment at MID, Dupuis managed Expansion Dieppe, the City of Dieppe’s economic development corporation.
Pierre has a BA with a major in Geography and Business Administration, as well as a Master of Public Administration Degree from the Université de Moncton (U de M), and a Master of Urban and Rural Planning from the Technical University of NS (TUNS).
He has held various positions in economic development and flexed his entrepreneurial muscles by running his own businesses. Upon completing his undergraduate degree, Pierre began his career as a planning/development officer in Campbellton, NB. Following his studies in public administration and urban and rural planning, Pierre worked in public and private sector organizations across the Maritimes.

Marc-André Boucher
Business Development Officer
Marc-André connects business with locations that work for you and your employees.
Marc-André is a Business Development Officer for Moncton Industrial Development (MID) and is focused on the promotion of industrial development through the establishment and development of the industrial parks within the City of Moncton.
Prior to joining MID, he was the Business Development Director at Expansion Dieppe and prior to that, he was the Senior Project Analyst at CBDC Westmorland Albert for 13 years.
Marc-André has a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from the Université de Moncton (U de M). Marc-André joined Moncton Industrial Development in 2016, bringing with him considerable experience in regional development, as well as a keen interest in establishing community partnerships.
