Caledonia Industrial Estates
The key strength of Caledonia Industrial Estates is its location adjacent to the Trans-Canada Highway and proximity to the Greater Moncton International Airport, which is just four kilometres from the park entrance. Caledonia Industrial Estates underwent a major expansion during the mid 1990s, followed by three additional expansions in 2005, 2008 and 2018. With some 960 acres of serviced industrial land and a direct interchange connection to the Trans-Canada Highway, this park has seen dramatic growth. Several well-known businesses now operate from Caledonia, companies such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart Canada, Loblaw Atlantic, Molson, Kent Building Supplies, Irving Personal Care, and McKesson Canada.
Caledonia Industrial Estates consists of two different industrial zones to accommodate a variety of business needs - manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and many other types of operations. Moncton East BusinesS Park
Completed in 2020, Moncton’s fourth business park offers direct access to prime lots with great exposure to the eastbound traffic on the Trans-Canada Highway. Since opening, this 124-acre park has experienced significant growth and continues to expand. This land is geared towards smaller business operations with a retail/wholesale focus and has advantages such as easy access and visibility from the highway.
The park is located directly across the Trans-Canada Highway south from Caledonia Industrial Estates. Companies that have already established their business in this park include Nova International, Manac, ALPA Equipment and Mapleton Pharmacy.
Moncton Industrial Park West
Moncton Industrial Park West (MIP West) comprises some 640 acres of land in total. As the name suggests, the full land area is on the west side of the current Moncton Industrial Park on the west side of the city. When fully completed, MIP West will be connected to the original Moncton Industrial Park by Delong Drive via an overpass over the CN tracks. Completed in 2012, Phase One of MIP West has opened up 128 acres of that for new business development. Now at full capacity, Phase Two is currently in planning stages with construction planned to begin in late 2023.

The Moncton Industrial Park was the original industrial park and has grown significantly over the years. Currently, all spaces in this park are occupied, which is the reason for the development of new parks.
Fancy Pockets, Armour Group and Organigram all call the Moncton Industrial Park home.
Harrisville Logistics Park
Harrisville Logistics Park is the newest park currently under construction by MID. This park will be different from our other business parks as it will have larger lots focusing on efficient access to road, rail, and air. These amenities will be attractive to more warehousing and distribution activities.
